Begonias

Hey everybody, this is Neil with Tall Boy Marketing and we're in McMinnville, Tennessee at Begonias. We got sent here for the pizza. Pizza's good, but we ordered the burnt cheddar burger. And, you wonder like what's, what makes a burnt cheddar burger? I don't like burnt burgers. Well, I'm like neither do I, but we ordered this one.

You've gotta try this burger. It's ridiculous. They take and they put the cheese — the cheddar — right on the grill and let it melt and get a little bit chewy and caramel-y and then they had the burger with arugula and sautéed spinach and a little bit of housemaid sauce in the bottom of it ... ahh!

Man! It's a good burger. I mean the meat isn't too dense, it's seasoned just perfectly, just enough of the sauce on the bottom and the spinach being sautéed gives a great flavor, but man, the invention of that. Like, we've all dropped cheese on a grill while making a burger. You scrape it off and toss it away. The way they just layer this out, it has a perfect little chewy caramel-y texture on it. It takes a pretty high bar as many places we've eaten, especially burgers, to get one that breaks through ... this is phenomenal.

I can come back here just for this burger. This is so good. Dude, I'm so full, but this is so good. This is Neil, with Tall Boy Marketing. I'm here at Begonias in McMinnville, Tennessee with the burnt cheddar burger. Yeah, we're eating that.
